Translucent Resin is a further 10% increase, for added material.

Models too complex for filament printing will be printed in resin, resulting in the above-mentioned price increase.

Any filament colors other than Black or Grey have a 15% upcharge

Torvex Productions® shall not be held liable for any breakage, malfunction, damage, defect, or failure arising from the use, misuse, modification, improper handling, alteration, storage, or any illegal application of its products. By completing a purchase or placing an order, the customer accepts full and sole responsibility for the condition, inspection, testing, and use of the product and releases Torvex Productions® from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torvex Productions® disclaims all liability for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use its products or services. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (such as loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage), even if Torvex Productions® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This disclaimer expressly includes any claims arising from illegal or unauthorized use of the products.

In no event shall Torvex Productions®'s total liability to any customer exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product(s) in question. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Torvex Productions® and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the customer's use, misuse, or illegal use of the products.

Users and customers assume all responsibility and risk for their use of the products or information provided. Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt and use them with discretion and in accordance with any provided instructions. Due to the nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, finish, or performance may occur and do not constitute defects.
